Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, The Shops at Shaker Square is a multi-million dollar renovation preserving the oldest shopping district in Ohio . Herschman Architects worked to carefully select and coordinate new building graphics, accessories and amenities which tastefully enhance this 156,000 sf historic urban shopping center. Also included is the renovation of two of the four quadrants for larger retail tenants, one which required a 20,000 sf expansion designed to integrate seamlessly into its context.
