Golfwood Square is a 63,000 sf retail development situated in an affluent northwestern suburb of Chicago. Design on this project included the remodeling of an existing shopping center along with the addition of two new outlot retail buildings. Taller entry features are combined with flanking low-pitched roof elements and large overhangs which are reminiscent of the prairie style architecture common to this area.
