The Darden Company, a regional construction firm, developed an office building of approximately 19,000 sf to house their operations in a 9,000 sf multi-level space and to provide an adjacent 10,000 sf speculative space. The masonry, aluminum and glass building is designed to reflect the identity of the firm.
